This policy explains what personal information Poyful LLC ("Poyful", "we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to poyful.com, to emails you send us, and to orders and projects you place with us.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, and anything you include in a message or project brief, such as files and project details.
- Order information: when you buy a product or pay an invoice, we receive your name, contact details, billing or shipping address, and what you bought. Card payments are handled by our payment processors (such as Stripe) and marketplaces (such as Etsy and Amazon). We do not receive or store your full card number.
- This website: poyful.com does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Fonts and images are served from our own site, so no third party learns that you visited. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare quotes and deliver projects and products.
- To process payments, refunds and shipping.
- To keep business, tax and accounting records required by law.
- To protect our services against fraud and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed: payment processors, marketplaces, print-on-demand and shipping partners, email and hosting providers, and professional advisers such as accountants. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
International transfers
Poyful LLC is a U.S. company and our team works from outside the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States, Türkiye and other countries where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and project files for as long as needed to complete the work and handle follow-up questions, and order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, generally up to seven years.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the EU and UK GDPR, Türkiye's KVKK and U.S. state privacy laws such as the CCPA, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit how we use it. To make a request, email info@poyful.com. We will respond within the time the law requires and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
