These terms apply when you use poyful.com, buy a product from Poyful LLC ("Poyful", "we", "us"), or hire us for a project. Products bought through a marketplace such as Etsy or Amazon are also covered by that marketplace's own terms.
Projects and services
- Each project starts with a written quote that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. The quote, once you accept it by email or payment, forms our agreement together with these terms.
- We may ask for a deposit before work starts. The balance is due on delivery unless the quote says otherwise.
- Changes to the scope after acceptance may change the price and timeline. We will confirm them with you in writing first.
- Our design and engineering work is delivered as professional consulting files. Where local law requires a licensed professional to sign, stamp or file drawings or calculations for permits or construction, that responsibility remains with a professional licensed in that jurisdiction.
Products
- Digital products are delivered as downloads. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the files for your own use. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files.
- Print-on-demand products are made to order by our production partners and shipped to the address you provide. Delivery times shown are estimates.
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may not include taxes, duties or shipping.
Payment
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or the marketplace you buy from. By paying, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Refunds
Refunds and returns are covered by our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
We keep the copyright in our designs, files and software unless a project quote says the rights transfer to you. For client projects, the rights described in the quote transfer to you once the project is paid in full.
Acceptable use
Do not use our website, products or services for anything unlawful, to infringe the rights of others, or to interfere with the website's operation.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our website, products and services are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poyful's total liability for any claim relating to a product or project is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where consumer protection laws of your place of residence apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force on the date of your order or quote applies to it.
